About this property

Private studio/parking in historic mansion, close to forsyth park, dogs welcome

  • Private studio unit in Historic Mansion, Two blocks from Forsyth Park, Across from Kroger Market, Walkable to entire Historic District,
    Unit has Parking spot in Rear of House, Minisplit AC/Heat, Wifi, Internet TV, Kitchenette. Great place to base yourself out of for a visit to Historic Savannah. King Bed. Bathroom with shower. In unit laundry.

    The studio unit is on the ground floor in the rear of the house. Private entrance, unit has a kitchenette with stove and microwave. Great location walkable thru out the Historic District. One parking space available as well.
    The unit is light and bright with many windows. A perfect set up to base yourself out of in Historic Savannah.
    We are pet friendly as well.
    Covered patio just outside the studio for guests use.

    The unit has an electronic door lock, Code will be provided prior to check in
