Roomy Accommodations for Mid-Sized Groups

Parker's Collection Unit 4 is one of our two-bedroom Savannah vacation homes. This makes it ideal for mid-sized families or smaller groups of friends. The apartment has two bedrooms off of the hall that each sleep two guests. In one bedroom, a king-sized bed sits in a room with a flatscreen television and bench. The other contains a queen-sized bed with a flatscreen television and armchair. Both spaces get plenty of natural light from the tall windows and feature spacious storage furniture.

Across the hallway is the shared restroom. This large space has an extra-wide vanity with double sinks and mirrors. Behind a glass door is a walk-in shower. In addition to these amenities, there is also a pull-out bed in the living room sofa. This extra bed sleeps two extra people, so Parker's Collection Unit 4 can comfortably fit six guests.

Relaxing and Helpful Amenities

Situated in the heart of Savannah's historic district, these Savannah vacation rentals make it easy to access many of the town's key attractions. Parker's Collection is just a block away from Colonial Park Cemetery where you can wander around and learn about the town's history. It's also next to Chippewa Square, The Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist, and the Savannah Theatre.

From Parker's Collection, it is very easy to travel to the rest of Savannah. Visit the area around the Savannah College of Art and Design to shop for locally made crafts and visit art galleries, or go north to the river to see the Maritime Museum. Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Communication was excellent, very clean, perfect location, beds were very comfortable. We had no issues with noise, we heard things occasionally, but never problematic. Everything in the communications that were sent was exactly correct, so if you read and follow those, you should have no issues. This is not like some VRBO’s where there tend to be extra supplies left from others, so what is listed as available, is EXACTLY what is available (no coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc) We were extremely happy with our visit.

I stayed with a friend at this location last week and it was perfect. Having the store downstairs was perfect. We were one block from the free DOT Trolley and a short walk to every spot we wanted to see. We felt safe and secure with the codes for the doors. Sav Saint Patrick’s day stay

We loved this place, I am local to Savannah but my dad was visiting and wanted a place for us to all be together. It was perfectly located (close enough to walk to things but not so close it is too loud). The unit was spotless and the host was very accommodating and quick to respond. The only weird thing was the toilet made a weird gurgling noise every 30 minutes or so but nothing to be concerned about, we would stay here again!

Convenient location. Noise level at night was horrible!! Ambulance and police park outside at night under windows to building with vehicles running and talking between each other all night. Each room was to have a fan to help with the noise- only one fan in condo and it did not help to cover the noise. Otherwise nice condo. TV and lights were to be on when we checked in- only lights were on. Instructions for tv's did not include how to sign into the wireless. Figured it out for all 3 tv',s. Property management responded quickly to bathroom light issue. All in as a great place to stay.

Girls trip

We had a great stay here! It was clean, modern, and the location was lovely. It was loud everynight but I’m not sure if it was the market or AC or something. There was a sign warning us but it was 95 degrees so we kept the AC on. We were able to sleep through it without an issue. Property managers were easy to reach when needed. Main bedroom tv didn’t work it said it needed a code but wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, I recommend!

This property was perfect for us 4 girls minus an extra outlet in the bathroom for us to get ready. The beds were super comfortable. They provided everything we needed for our 4 day trip and the place was very well kept and clean. The only suggestion we would have is to add 1 or 2 full length mirrors. Location was superb as well, within walking distance of so many neat places.

We loved the loft

We are overall happy with the loft. I feel it was falsely advertised that the pool was onsite and should be removed from the property advertisement when we checked in I was expecting to see a pool. To have to travel over 30 minutes a day is not possible when we didn’t rent a car and we were walking around the area to stay close to the Beta Convention.

Great Location - Clean and Comfy

I stayed here with a few girls for a bachelorette trip - you cannot beat the location! Easy to walk to and from parks, restaurants, and night life. The room was clean and comfy! FYI the pool is not immediately “accessible” because it is not connected or close to the VRBO - it is a 25 minute car ride (we did not read the description close enough!) The host is wonderful to communicate with, the entire stay was so smooth, and we had so much fun. 😊

Loved the location, the neighborhood was quiet, the rental was perfect, and having the store adjacent was super convenient. Only issue was having to contact property manager for code to external door. Other than that, we had a great time, and this rental was a large part of that.

The overall experience was amazing: the apartment is very clean and fresh, and the sheets were like new; the building area is super convenient - all the Savannah sights just in a few minutes by foot; if you need to park a car - there is always a space max in block or two from the apartment. The only downside to consider is the noise from the downstairs supermarket at night, which can be really loud at night. We had 3 month old infant during this trip and usually he sleeps till the early morning, but here he woke up few times during the night because that of the noise like loud thuds heard next to the wall in the king bedroom.

Clean place, great location, no Wi-Fi, loud at night

I stayed at this apartment with my husband and son for 4 nights. It was very clean and in a great location (walkable for the entire historic district). The drawbacks for us were the lack of Wi-Fi and the unexpected noise level one of the nights. Wi-Fi was promised in the listing. We contacted the owner to get it fixed within the first few hours of arriving and it was never fixed for our entire stay. As a result, we were unable to use the tvs. Regarding the noise, on Tuesday night around 10pm we heard what sounded like someone flipping a garage dumpster right outside of our window repeatedly. After an hour, my husband went to investigate and learned that it was “French fry making night” at the Parkers convenience store below us. Apparently they have a “French fry chopper” that is built into the wall and makes a very loud noise. This chopping process went on for several hours. We were unable to sleep during this time (10pm to about 1am). Finally, the listing indicated a washer and dryer are present in the unit. That is inaccurate. The host did credit us a small portion back for the inconvenience.

Not handicap accessible

This place was nice, but if you have any issues at all with stairs or are a fall risk- do not stay. The whole place is tile floors so it is very slippery and there is no elevator and the stairs are long and steep. It is not advertised as a place that wouldn’t accommodate handicap. I’m thankful my daughter is 7 and we can still carry her up and down steps.
