Join a ghost tour, take a ferry ride on the Savannah River, and soak up the beauty of Savannah’s stunning homes and cobblestone streets. Charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom historic row home and just steps from Forsyth Park. Sleeps up to 5, includes kitchen, laundry, a private courtyard, and off-street parking if desired. Features a King bed in the master bedroom, a small but private second bedroom with a twin-size leather futon sofa, and a leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It also has a wonderful courtyard off of the kitchen, great for relaxing outdoors. Situated on the garden level of an awesome Victorian home divided into a spacious upstairs and downstairs apartment with many original features. A gorgeous, serene environment, within walking distance to the heart of downtown Savannah. You are within walking distance to all the sights in Historic Savannah, Uber and Lyft are available and typically less than $10 a ride. You can also hop on the city trolly, bike, take a carriage ride, or drive. There are two private parking spaces and plenty of free, on-street parking available. The entire downstairs is yours, including the exterior hallway, the washer/dryer just inside the front door, and the back courtyard.
