It's in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is across the street from a church and the surrounding neighbors are all very friendly. The property has a large driveway and plenty of space to fit 2+ cars. Enjoy a nice morning walk with views of the marsh. Located in the heart of Savannah in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful marsh views yet minutes to all the key attractions Savannah has to offer. Downtown Savannah - 15 minutes Lake Mayer Park - 5 minute drive (15 minute walk) Tybee Island - 25 minutes Starland Yard - 10 minutes Coffee Bluff Marina - 9 minutes Airport - 30 minutes Grayson Stadium (Savannah Bananas) - 9 minutes MHU Medical Center - 9 minutes No smoking inside. Smoking results in a $ 500 fee. Smoking outside or on the porch is allowed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7 am especially in the screened in porch. No parties or extra guests over without permission. If more than the authorized number of guests enter the property and more than 2 cars, you will be asked to comply or your reservation will be cancelled. Failure to follow these rules may result in a $1000 fine at the owners discretion or a reservation being cancelled if there is suspicion of a party. Checkout by 10 am unless permission has been requested in advance. If there are extenuating circumstances please notify the host and we will work out a solution. Failure to check out on time without written notice may result in a $150 fine at the owners discretion. Small pets are allowed and subject to an additional $125 cleaning fee per pet. If pets are not disclosed there can be a fine up to $300\. This fee is for additional cleaning and does not include any other damage caused by pets. Do not re-arrange any furniture. Any furniture that is not returned to its original location may result in a $100 fee at the owners discretion. Check in is at 4 pm unless otherwise states and check out is at 10 am. Early check in or late check out is available upon request and approval for an additional $125 payment. Unauthorized early check in or late checkout may result in a $200 fee or more at the owners discretion. Only flush toilet paper down toilets. Driveway was able to accommodate all 4 vehicles. We loved playing pool, table tennis and watching a movie on the outdoor projector. Kitchen was specious and equipped with the every day cooking necessities. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Machine and dryer were excellent for our needs. The most of all I loved that Patrick was very responsive to ALL of my inquiries. ##### amela m. We were able to enjoy all of the amenities and the property owner ensured everything we needed was available and was very responsive. Property is located in a very nice neighborhood, short drive to Savannah State, stores and restaurants. Perfect location! Would definitely stay again! ##### Davis M. We were passing thru Georgia and needed a place for me, my wife, and 4 kids. The communication was quick and the host was very accomodating. The house was very spacious and clean and well equipped. Not only would I highly recommend this house, I would love to come back for a longer visit next time. ##### David H. Nice open floor plan and hose is larger than it looks from the outside. Parking was great and can easily accommodate multiple cars. Overall stay was good! Property owner Patrick was very responsive and accommodating. ##### Davis M. We used the large projector and main TV- both worked great. The beds and sheets were very comfortable and we really enjoyed playing pool and cornhole.
