YOUR HOSTS
We live in Monteverde and manage the condo with a trusted local team in the Ocotal / Playas del Coco area. Self check-in instructions are sent before arrival. Reach us anytime through Vrbo messaging or WhatsApp. We usually reply within a few hours, and for anything urgent on-site, someone local can be there quickly. We're happy to share our favorite beaches, restaurants, and day trips, or to simply give you your privacy.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Stairs: The condo is reached by 37 steps, and the pools are a walk down through the complex (and back up). Please make sure this works for everyone in your group.
• Water: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, and many guests prefer bottled water for drinking. Water can be limited in the dry season, so please use it thoughtfully.
• Tropical living: Ants and other insects are part of life in Costa Rica. We clean thoroughly, and keeping food sealed helps a lot.
• Towels: Bath and beach/pool towels are provided. Please keep bath towels inside the condo.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially on the stairs and at the pools.
• Exterior cameras face the parking area and walkway only, for safety. There are no cameras inside.
