The open-concept main floor features a bright living area with a 42” Smart TV, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances — plus a convenient half bath and in-unit laundry. We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. It's a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area. Playas del Coco is just a 35-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count.
