Located on the third floor of the luxurious Pacifico resort community in Playas del Coco,



The Space:

Pacifico L1113 is a newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with a modern design, beautiful pool views, and access to all of Pacifico’s world-class amenities. This bright and stylish space is great for solo travelers or couples looking for a relaxing Costa Rican getaway just minutes from the beach and downtown Coco.



The open-concept living area is decorated in contemporary red and white tones, with sleek furnishings and eye-catching artwork. A contoured glass coffee table and modern lighting add to the elegant yet inviting feel of the space. Sliding glass doors open to a private balcony overlooking the lush tropical pool area - the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.



The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, light wood cabinetry, and a granite breakfast island with red barstools, creating the perfect setup for cooking or entertaining. Guests can also dine outdoors on the balcony while enjoying views of the gardens and pool.



The bedroom includes a plush king-size bed, modern decor, and an ensuite bathroom. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer for added comfort and convenience.



Please note: Pacifico L1113 is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only - there are no elevators in this building. Guests with mobility considerations should plan accordingly.



As a guest at Pacifico L1113, you’ll have access to beautifully landscaped community spaces, including four resort-style swimming pools surrounded by lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tropical gardens. The property also features a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a children’s playground, and a poolside restaurant and bar.



Guests are also invited to enjoy the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited toward food and drinks). The Beach Club has two infinity pools overlooking the ocean, fine dining at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and a complimentary shuttle to and from the Pacifico complex.



This gated resort offers 24-hour security and a peaceful atmosphere while being just eight blocks from the beach and steps from Playas del Coco’s vibrant main street. Maid service is available upon request, and pets are welcome with prior approval and additional fees.



Pet-friendly policy



We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Start with the centerpiece “lazy river” swimming pool, which meanders in curves through the middle of the development. Here you can order a light lunch and cocktails from the poolside Piña Shack bar and grill, with breakfast served on weekends.



If you’re not feeling “lazy,” join an aquarobics workout in the pool. Hit the Longev gym in the Village Shops at Pacifico (for a fee) to exercise on state-of-the-art equipment. The Pacifico complex is about eight blocks from the beach, and it’s actually a nice walk down Coco’s bustling main street. But a complimentary shuttle is also available to take you to the Beach Club and back.



Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and tour agencies.



There’s only one thing you’ll regret about staying at Pacifico, and that’s the day you have to leave!



Getting Around:

Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.



We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.



Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Very nice one bedroom condo. Chic modern style. Pacifico is a beautiful property and we love staying there. This was the first time we stayed in a one bedroom. It was very spacious and centrally located. Property manager let us into the condo early so that we could change and leave our bags. They were very responsive to our needs.

Terrible Property Management

Special Places the property management company advertised the premises as newly renovated with Hammock and Barbaque. No hamock or barbaque and renovation was just paint. Kitchen cupboards thermafoil badly peeling, floor grout throughout is supose to be light beige which you could see at edges by the walls and gets progressively black brown in the rest of the floor area. Chipped coffee table, some mold in kichen cupboards and a few chipped dishes. Tried to book transportation from airport to unit, took four days and was hasling me for payment, got fed up and told them to forget it and made my own arrangements to and from. Told them no maid service while we were there, they came twice and one time at 8.30 am, knocked and immediately open the door and I am standing there in my pj bottoms. Never received the security codes to exit the property. Honestly, the unit was just ok but the property management company was terrible which is why we booked no trips throught them as well as, our to and from airport transportation. In spite of all this, our trip was good, location good and the resort itself, Pacifico excellent. We took pictures upon arrival in the unit, did discuss the next day that this unit was not as advertised and took picutures on how we left it in case they try to come back after us. We left the unit in better condition then found right down to carpets, bathrooms and even washed all sheets and towels in the unit. Stay away from this property Management company.
