Spacious, Cozy 5 Bedroom Compound

Great spot for groups, friends, families, celebrations (including birthdays, reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, and more! Come enjoy the privacy of these two sister cottages close enough to the hustle and bustle of down town Broadway, SPAC, and Saratoga Race Track, Saratoga Lake, the in town Casino, concerts, Lake George, the Victorian Pool, amazing restaurants, shopping and more! Yet the property is set back on several acres of peacefulness. You and your family/friends will love gathering for barbecues, and roasting marshmallows around the fire. Bring your football, or volleyball and have a family game or just relax and read a book on the hammock. Cottages are perfect for groups in town visiting the track or attending a concert at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC). Or for groups looking for a getaway and peaceful relaxation.

The home is equipped with 2 kitchens, 2 full baths, 5 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, 2 washers and 2 dryers, desk for work space, free cable and wifi.
2 private front porches, queen daybed couch, fire pit and plenty of space to hang out and or play your yard games.

We provide smart TV's, A/C, free wifi, a bbq, outdoor picnic tables. There is a common barbecue area between the cottages with a fire pit, and Adirondack chairs.

Awesome cottages, close to everything Saratoga has to offer

8 of us just had a great stay at the cottages. The two properties were a perfect home base for everything we did in Saratoga. 10 mins from everything! On Friday, we grilled dinner and had a fire in the fire pit. We will try to use the properties again!

Just perfect near downtown!

This was perfect! There was plenty of space for yard games and the great common area in between. I would suggest this over and over again for any groups and if we come back I will be sure to try to get this place again!

a great getaway!

We had a wonderful time at the sister cottages! Both cottages were very clean and had everything we needed. The cottages are close to town & SPAC yet private and homey. Christina was great with communication and very helpful with any questions I had. The cottages slept 12 very comfortably. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay at the Saratoga Sister Cottages!

Stayed at the Sister Cottages with a group of friends for 50th birthday trip and it could not have worked out better. Great location, very close to track, golf, and downtown area. The houses were clean and cozy and came with everything we needed. Outside area was perfect to spread out and enjoy morning coffee and evenings by the fire. Host Christina was great and provided lots of helpful information on the area. Can't wait to book again next year!

Perfect Spot!

The location and set up of these cottages was perfect for our group of friends. The picnic tables and grill area in the middle was a perfect gathering spot, and the location to the track was perfect. I would definitely recommend, and look forward to hopefully being back!

Amazing spot to hang out at the house and in town!

I rented the cottages for a bachelor party. The house had all the amenities necessary with a great yard to hang out in as well! There is so much to do near by as well in the town of Saratoga Springs and Saratoga Lake. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered to pick up things we might not have had. She was super attentive and nice! We really appreciated everything and had an amazing time.

Best vacation with friends and Family

2 sister cottages was perfect for our kids and friends. We were a large crowd and we loved every moment in the property. Very close to downtown also you feel like you are living in the woods. The house had every amenities you need or more. 30 mins drive to lake George and downtown is quite happening if you are a night owl. Christina is an awesome host and helped me in every step to make our stay every easy. Thank you for hosting us. Hoping to visit soon and may be for a longer duration.

Long Weekend in Saratoga

The property was awesome! Very close to downtown Saratoga and the race track but still a large secluded property. We comfortably fit 12 people in the cottages, which were clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. Christina was very responsive and handled every question we had immediately. I'd recommend the cottages to anyone!

Great stay for 8 on a weekend getaway

We stayed here for a weekend in Saratoga, and Christina (property manager) was amazing in making sure that we had everything that we needed. She was very responsive, and even picked up some S'mores skewers for our party after we asked if they had any laying around!! The place was perfect for our group of 8 (3 couples). You could definitely fit up to 5 couples comfortably. The cottages are older, but the interiors have just been refinished and were very clean. The outdoor area is perfect for hanging out and playing games, or having a fire late into the night. The cottages are located back off the street, so you have plenty of privacy. It's also a 5 minute Lyft ride into downtown Saratoga, making everything easily accessible. We had a great time, and would love to come back!
