The property and location is first class. You can easily walk to Saint Armans Circle and enjoy shopping and dining. The kayaks were perfect to enjoy a evening cruise seeing manatee and dolphin right off the dock. We were just a 3 minute walk to Lido beach with its beautiful white sand and a 1 minute walk to St Armand’s with its cute shops and multiple restaurants and ice cream places. The house had a great 20 foot putting green and a nice pool and outdoor patio area that the kids and adults could enjoy. The bedrooms were spacious and the master suite upstairs was really huge. We had a few issues with an AC condenser line leak, but the management company sent someone over promptly. We used the kayaks off our dock to paddle around the canal.
