This waterfront home is just across the street from Saint Armands Circle, known for premier shopping and luxury dining. Highlights • Canal front home with Kayaks • Putting Green • Seconds from St. Armand's Circle • 5-minute walk to the beach • Private Pool (Heated Seasonally) The main seating area has an expansive sectional, a TV, and an additional seating area perfect for enjoying intimate conversations. The kitchen has cookware essentials, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, two island seating areas, and opens to a formal dining table that seats ten guests. The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the second floor, offering a peaceful getaway. There is a luxurious bed set, a seating area, a large TV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have plush bedding, storage space, TVs, and beautiful ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Designed for the kiddos- the fourth bedroom has a nautical theme with two bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. A washer and dryer are available, so your beach towels are always fresh! We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. The property and location is first class. You can easily walk to Saint Armans Circle and enjoy shopping and dining. The kayaks were perfect to enjoy a evening cruise seeing manatee and dolphin right off the dock. We were just a 3 minute walk to Lido beach with its beautiful white sand and a 1 minute walk to St Armand’s with its cute shops and multiple restaurants and ice cream places. The house had a great 20 foot putting green and a nice pool and outdoor patio area that the kids and adults could enjoy. The bedrooms were spacious and the master suite upstairs was really huge. We had a few issues with an AC condenser line leak, but the management company sent someone over promptly. We used the kayaks off our dock to paddle around the canal. We have rented homes for our group of 10 For several year and this property really has it all! ##### Belinda S.
