Our home has 10 foot ceilings in all the common areas, an updated custom kitchen with adjoining family room overlooking the heated pool. Sliding doors that open to pool area from family room, living room and master bedroom. Private fenced yard. Close to Conservatory Park and many golf courses. Very convenient location to University Town Center and Sarasota Beaches. The floor plan worked great for my family, the house was clean and all of the appliances worked. They had beach chairs and plenty of beach towels as well. The pool area was very relaxing and a great place to cool off after long days at Nathan Benderson Park or the beach. The owner was very responsive to us. I would definitely stay at this property again if we are in the area. ##### Wendy C. The thought of 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, swimming pool, and a lanai with screened in was really great. With three generations in the same house we needed a large space and that’s what we got. Everyone loved the pool and being close to food and shopping were great. Also being close to the airport with everyone coming and going at different times helped. Cons: . the pool area could really use a good cleaning (power washing) . the spider webs were out of control . green mold on the cage and screening, around the lanai was substatial . the loose or, lack of tiles, in the pool are is a terrible tripping hazzard and would cause cuts to the bottom of feet . the floats in the garage were not usable because they would not hold air, except for one. No one probably told anyone tho We would definetely stay here again and would recommend it highly! ##### chris b. I thought the house was well stocked with all the daily needs and all my communications with the property owner and manager were always answered. I would definitely rent this place again.
