Loved the architecture, layout of the space, and vibe of the decor. This trip was a golf foursome, so we didn’t spend a ton of time at the house during the day. It was perfect for evenings with plenty of space and comfortable seating. Kitchen was great to hang around and tell stories from the day. Everyone had their own bedroom which was nice. House is everything we needed for the visit. Highly recommended! ##### Joe L. The house is well worn but clean and well maintained. It comfortably slept four adults and three teens and there was plenty of room for lounging. The teens really enjoyed pool, darts, and foosball in the game room downstairs (the pool table has seen better days but we still had fun with it). The property backs on to Philippi Creek which makes for a lovely setting - we enjoyed watching the great blue herons and fish jumping while sipping bevies under the Florida sun and palm trees on the patio. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but only a 3-5 minute drive to the grocery store and other amenities. Siesta Key and all Sarasota beaches are 15-20 away (but go early because parking and traffic get worse as the day goes on). We also made day trips to St. Pete’s, Tampa, & St. Armand’s to the North and Nokomis/Venice to the South. Liceth is a kind and responsive host and I would go back in a heartbeat. ##### Mike C.
