ありがとうございました。初めての民泊で不安でしたが、チェックインに関するメッセージをはじめ、落ち着いた空間で安心感が得られてとてもよかったです。お値段もホテルと比べて抑えられつつ、ホテルとそれほど変わらない設備でよかったです。また使いたいです。 【気づいたこと】 最終日ぐらいには慣れてしまいましたが、換気が弱いせいか浴室が乾きにくく、ややカビ臭いかもしれません。 ※他の場所は比較的綺麗です。 【ランドリー設備について】 「投稿内容のヒント」として「ランドリー設備」が挙げられているのでそれについて書こうと思います。洗濯機が無料で何度も使えるのは大変嬉しかったです。宿泊場所の決め手になった一つでもありました。しかし、洗濯洗剤（ジェルボール）の箱の中身は空で、柔軟剤も少ししかありませんでした。たまたまかもしれませんし、アメニティとしても掲載はなかったので覚悟はしたほうがいいです。メッセージで連絡すればよかったかもしれませんが、緊急用件でもないですし、連絡は控えました。幸い、自宅から洗濯洗剤を持ってきていたので大丈夫でした。 ちなみに浴室乾燥機はないので、部屋干しとなります。あまりすぐに乾かないので、備品のサーキュレータとエアコンのドライモード、ドライヤーでなんとかしました。 【最後に】 チェックアウトは10時までと決まっているため、少しでも過ぎてしまうと清掃スタッフの方が来られます。スケジュールがタイトな中で動かれているようなので、時間に余裕を持った行動が大切だと感じました。

地下鉄駅からは多少の距離はありますが、閑静な住宅地のなかにありとても静かで快適な滞在ができました。近くにコープさっぽろやサツドラがあり、買い物に不自由はしません。電子レンジや洗濯機、冷蔵庫、鍋や食器なども完備されていて、とても便利で快適な利用ができました。掃除も行き届いていました。部屋の両側が大きな窓になっており、明るく開放感のあるお部屋です。

外がとても寒くても、部屋ではストーブのおかげでとても快適に過ごせました。テーブルはそこそこ大きさがあって、食事や仕事も十分にできました。それと、地元のケーブルテレビ局のチャンネルは、お得な情報もあって見ていて楽しめました。
