Nice place but horrible and scary staff !!

The very first contact was so rude saying that in Brazil i should only speak Portuguese ! The receptionist was sleeping in the same room and at the point at 11 in the morning i got a phone call. And he strated to insult me and hit the walls !!! Incredible !!!

Cheguei antes do horário do check in e fui prontamente convidado a ficar no hall do hostel esperando liberar o quarto, e no checkout também, meu embarque era 19 hs e o checkout 13 hs, e fui convidado a permanecer no hall do hostel durante o tempo que for necessário, e ainda disponibilizaram a TV pra mim assistir minha série, muito satisfeito com o atendimento recebido

Fiquei surpresa pelo excelente atendimento e estrutura do Villa Hostel, o lugar é simples, mas muito acolhedor, confortável e muito limpo. A simpatia de todos, o bom atendimento e a localização (próximo a estação de Metrô Vila Madalena e terminal de ônibus) são motivos para voltar sempre, todos sempre atentos a qualquer solicitação, gostei muito!

Bom lugar para economizar e fica apenas 1 noite

Pontos positivos: boa localização (bem próximo à linha verde e do terminal de ônibus); atendimento do staff muito atencioso e prestativo; tudo muito limpo. Pontos negativos: o travesseiro do quarto é bem ruim, os armários e o chão são bem barulhentos (então se uma pessoa no quarta acordar 5:30 am todo mundo acorda junto); A energia do chuveiro é cortada após 15 min de banho, o que tudo bem, porém se uma pessoa sai com o timer faltando 5 min, a próxima pessoa espera mais de 10 min pra conseguir tomar banho ou tem que tomar correndo (esse timer não me parece a solução mais eficiente e parece mais um mecanismo do hostel economizar luz); O café da manhã é o pior que já tomei em hostel, café horrível, queijo cheio de corante (eles literalmente disponibilizam METADE de uma fatia de queijo por hóspede). Se estão economizando, por favor não obriguem o hóspede a pagar por isso, deixem opcional; Está tendo uma obra que começa a britadeira às 7 da manhã, então esse é outro problema (barulho).

Execelente Hostel

Toda o hospedagem bem limpa, café da manhã simples, mas bom, guarda malas bem espaçoso. Fica numa ladeira, que pode cansar um pouco para chagar caminhando. Próximo ao metro em uma área bem tranquila. Atendimento nota 10. Único inconveniente é o sinal fraco do Wi-Fi no quarto para 6 pessoas.

Hostel limpo e atencioso

Um atendimento show, desde a consulta ao tel antes de chegar, chegando e no local confirmando o entendimento, local, internet, cafe, quarto bem arrumado, os armários pra guardar os pertences blz, pertinho do metrô. Me ajudaram muito em arrumar um UBER ou 99, pois estava com dificuldade. Aconselho muito.
