Must be review before rental. Leave the WIFI access in the room and lights…the high stand light was not working, Kitchen OK but poor casseroles .other than that it was OK.

Facility needs an international staff. Noone spoke English and my Português is not so good. If I had not had a Brazilian friend with me to help with check in, communication would have been nearly impossible.

The building is nice, as is the location; however, the apartment wasn't very clean—it felt like someone had just left the place, and there was a bad smell. Communication with Charlie was difficult; they sent me the key code, but I only got in after entering the third code. I had to wait nearly an hour for the right one. I will never rent an apartment from Charlie again.

A friend who provided his email and cpf during the incheck, received a "Electronic Service Invoice" of a certain amount in Reals on his email from CHARLIE TECHNOLOGIA E ACOMODACOES LTDA. We where never informed of this in the booking or while checked in.

It was a horrible experience . We had molt in our room and the smell was horrible. It was cold and the Ac did not work as a heater. We got sick and plus there were bed bugs!!!!!! Do not recommend at all. Also they didn't refund or change our room

Bad WIFI

The property is good. The management is very difficult to communicate with. They will only communicate via Whatsapp. The WIFI stopped working, after five days of not getting WIFI fixed I checked out early. I notified Charlie via Whatsapp, and I notified Hotels dot com. While I was able to communicate with Charlie, Hotels dot com says they could not reach Charlie, so they would not be able to refund the five days of my stay. I am very disappointed with all parties involved.

Nunca se pudo pagar para que hicieran el aseo. No dieron opciones para poderlo hacer solo mandaban una liga para hacer el pago y no se pudo. La reserva fue de 21 días no es posible que no cambie las sábanas y las toallas, no ha quien resuelva es por medio de un chat. Pesimaaaa experiencia

A estrutura esta antiga. Tudo mofado, colchão travesseiros, cortinas , lençóis. Alguém tem que ser sincero para que o proprietário resolva. Certeza que ele quer oferecer algo melhor e as vezes nem sabe das condições. Sofá cama deplorável.

A experiência foi muito boa. Ambiente agradavel. Excelente localização. Quarto confortável e limpo. Muito bom. A única ressalva que farei é em relação ao material de limpeza do quarto. Como o quarto é equipado com uma mini cozinha. Cooktop, micro-ondas, panelas, pratos e etc., deveriam disponibilizar outros materiais de limpeza além da bucha e detergente. Deveria ser disponibilizado alcool ou algum tipo de limpador multiuso para limpesa da mesa e do chão proximo a bancada da cozinha. Sem falar que não tinha um pano de limpeza, só uma folha pano de limpeza descartavel.

Pior quarto de Charlie que já fiquei.

Pior quarto de Charlie que já fiquei.Lixeira quebrada no banheiro, prateleira quebrada no banheiro, talher faltando e o pior! Tudo cheirando mtoooo cigarro! Atacava a rinite. Travesseiro com cheiro de cigarro -acordava com o cabelo fedendo, a roupa que ficou no guarda-roupa ficou fedida. Uma pena. Já me hospedei outras vezes no Charlie Alphaville e foi excelente
