Falta Dedetização urgente.

O ap é muito confortável e bem localizado, porém eles não devem fazer dedetização, pois acabei sendo picado por algum bicho, provavelmente uma aranha. Estou com o dedo do pé muito inchado, nas costas também fui picado e uma coceira absurda. Precisam fazer dedetização com frequência, pois a cama fica em contato direto com o chão. E poderia ser pior se eu tivesse algum tipo de alergia.

Viagem com meu pai. Por nao ser hotel achei que teria dificuldade para fazer chek in, mas acabou que fiz pela internet, um pouco demorado, caso fosse uma pessoa de idade talvez fosse um pouco mais dificil. Mas quando chegamos tinha uma atendente maravilhosa, que nos instruiu a tudo. Local maravilhoso, o tamanho muito bom, acesso com toda segurança, assim que possivel voltarei novamente. Quarto bem decorado, limpo e muito muito bom, nao deixou em nda a desejar. Praticamente ao lado do metrô, localização muito maravilhosa.

O apto possui um ótimo custo-benefício e a localização é excelente, porém, precisa de manutenção: o assento do vaso sanitário estava quebrado, a porta do box estava dura para correr, e o ar condicionado quando era ligado saía um cheiro bem desagradável no começo....

O local é limpo, confortável e bem localizado. Só tive problema para fazer o check-in pois a pessoa responsável por me enviar o link simplesmente não respondia, quando cheguei ao prédio no horário informado para minha entrada eu ainda não tinha recebido o link, foi preciso uma espécie de intervenção para que eu fosse atendida. Fora esse problema o restante foi tudo tranquilo.
