She always answered my questions in record time, offered wonderful recommendations, and was endlessly kind and attentive. Her warmth was one of the sweetest highlights of our trip. Konstantina, thank you for making us feel so welcome before we even arrived! A heartfelt thank you also to Victor, who helped us so much during our stay. The people at Nefeli Homes truly make this beautiful place even more memorable. The hotel itself is spectacular, with breathtaking views that are hard to beat. Everything was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful little touches for guests that made us feel genuinely cared for. Of all the places we have stayed on this trip, Nefeli Homes has been my absolute favorite. But what deserves the highest praise is the service. Beyond the stunning setting, it is the kindness, attention, and heart of the people here that make the experience unforgettable. If I could give Nefeli Homes 100 stars instead of five, I would, without hesitation. Thank you for giving us such a beautiful memory of Santorini! ❤️💯💕

The location of this property can't be beat. We booked a room with a patio, and the view was absolutely breathtaking and we spent every possible minute out there that we could. The room itself was clean and well-maintained except for the toilet. The button on the toilet kept getting stuck and wouldn't flush, and we informed reception who said they would look into it. When we arrived, the second bed wasn't prepared so we had to ask for sheets as I was traveling with my mom. I booked a 2-bed room, so it was a bit annoying that I had to ask for all beds to have sheets. Breakfast is included, changes daily, and is served on a patio overlooking the caldera. It was a great way to start the day. Reception helped us rent a car for the day, which was great. Transfer to and from the port/airport which we scheduled through the hotel is actually performed by a third party called Golden Transfers. I would recommend finding your own transfer, honestly. We were honestly not at all impressed with their services and there are other options out there.

We stayed at Nefeli Homes for 3 nights at the end of September. Its location commands a stunning view and pictures just do not do it justice. What a way to relax on your balcony, taking a dip or enjoying breakfast ( which by the way was plentiful and perfectly prepared ). Our room was comfortable, the bathroom very sufficient, the shower surprisingly powerful. The team at Nefeli do a sensational job - well done. We loved our stay there and would not hesitate to return.

This place is incredible! The views are spectacular from our hotel! Konstatina was our hotel host and she was wonderful. Very helpful and willing will to arrange anything we asked! Victor was such a hard worker and made the best breakfast trays we have ever seen! We truly felt spoiled staying at this resort! The pool was so clean and refreshing! Highly recommend staying here! One of our favorite places in all our travels!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nefeli Homes! The hotel is so beautiful, charming, and intimate, and the location was perfect for exploring Santorini. The views and atmosphere were incredible, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, especially Victor, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We had the cave room with the indoor pool which was soo cool and unique. It was the perfect home base for our time in Santorini. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Nefeli Homes!

We stayed as a family of 3 in Nefeli homes for 5 days.From our experience we only regret not staying longer.Absolutely fabulous place and service. I would rate it 9/10, only because balcony should have more privacy.With a bunch of friends or with 2 families definitely 10/10..Also in shower it would be nice to have towel hangers. We would be glad to come back to this wonderful place again.Big thanks to hotel staff .You are amazing .!!!

Such a beautiful property. Single mom traveling with two young adults. We have our own view of the island. The hotel is situated in the middle of the island so very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shop within a few steps. Very clean and staff are very helpful. Complementary breakfast is so good.

This place is UNREAL! We had the most amazing time. Staff communicates extremely well on all matters. If you need shuttle the hotel will provide with a charge (cheaper than taxi or uber). The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. Our room had a private jacuzzi and a private balcony. Breakfast was included in our stay (traditional Greek breakfast) 10/10! The pool has a perfect view! Victor, konstantina are so kind and helpful (another young girl that was apart of staff was very kind unfortunately didn’t write her name down). This location is PERFECT! Nice 20 min walk to Fira. And you can take a bus to Oia! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
