We enjoyed our stay at lava stone in Ammoudi bay. The property is very nice and clean. Georgia the housekeeper was super kind and helpful. Niko’s was very kind and welcoming and they were able to accommodate us for an earlier check in since we arrived early in the morning. If you plan on going to Oia on foot be prepared to climb 250 stairs to reach there or pay for a taxi every time . It is also a bit further from the airport and a cab will cost you €55. The options near by for food are a bit limited but overall our experience was great . The view from them rooms is unbeatable and the peace and quiet as well.

Staying at Lava stone was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived after midnight to facilitating our later checkin and very early check out. We were captivated by the breathtaking views from our room. Our room was not only impeccably clean and beautifully decorated but also offered stunning views of the sunset. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Oia. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly enjoying breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea, a truly magical way to start the day. Without a doubt, lava stone exceeded all our expectations, and we cannot wait to return to this slice of paradise.
