Minas and his team were very welcoming. We were very grateful for help with the luggage and car park tips. The apartment has an amazing view and was perfect for our family's needs. Centrally located with a fantastic terrace. Highly recommend.

Wow where do i start!! The views are stunning and we were lucky enough to have the room with the largest terrace in Fira!! The Staff was fantastic!! Great location and will definitely stay here again!!

The rooms were gorgeous!! Felt like I was staying in a very authentic part of Santorini. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, they even helped us with our luggage. The area was very close to all of the main shopping and made it easy to visit the town. Overall my favorite stay from the entire trip! I would definitely stay here again!

The view from the “cave” was absolutely gorgeous! It was also nice to stay in a traditional home. Because of the stairs to climb up and down, I wouldn’t recommend it for someone with mobility issues. During the day it was very quiet and relaxing however at night there was loud music coming from the surrounding restaurants above until 1 am which made it difficult to sleep. This would be the issue with many of the units on the Caldera side so not particular to this spot only. I would highly recommend staying here!

Loved our stay here! Breathtaking views and excellent care from Minas and staff from pickup at our ferry to drop off at our ferry. We were in the traditional seaview apartment and slept the best on our entire trip. Do not hesitate to book!!!

As soon as we stepped foot into the office Minas treated us like family. we felt like his cousins. He quickly oriented us to the area and provided us ideas for food, shopping and activities. He arranged the details for anything we needed (activities, transportations restaurants - he did all the reserving for us with reputable people to make sure we had the best experience. They provide one large water bottle when you check in but will need to get for the rest of your trip. The views are amazing, if you are at the lower levels it is beautiful and quieter but it is a lot of steps to get up to the top of the hotel (better to go up during the morning afternoon gets really hot to go up the steps). We had a fantastic experience would definitely recommend. Also, Miri was amazing and we would not have survived carrying our bags all that way, he is a great asset to the crew! Great experience and great host.

Amphitheater Cave House is a very special place with a wonderful host, Minas. Minas greeted us warmly with many suggestions of where to eat and things to do. They were all wonderful. The cave house is centrally located in Fira and is a very nice accommodation to experience a cave house for the first time. Santorini is lovely too.

Excellent views from the property. We had the most helpful and friendly staff helping us out. Please note that this is on a cliff and getting in and out of this place requires a steep hike (stairs).

I would gladly stay here again- Minas is the best host ever- he gave great recommendations and even set up one of the most magical boat rides I’ve ever taken. The views at sunset from my balcony were stunning. I highly recommend !

As we arrived we were granted by very strong man. (Miri) to help us with our luggage. Helped us to carry it all the way to our room. We checked in with Minas whom was extremely friendly to the point that he makes us feel as we were long time friends. And was able to provide us with any assistant, suggestions on bars, restaurants and activities. I feel like we arrived as guest of the hotel, stayed like friends and were treated like family. With plans to return and visit our new family. Thanks Minas and all the staff for making us feel like family.

Amphitheatre has the BEST Calera view of Fira. It is very close to the edge of the cliff with breathtaking view on the private balcony. Close to bus station. Very quiet but convenient to the town center with all the shopping and restaurants you need. Thank you Minas!

The balcony view here was amazing and the perfect spot for sunset. Minas and Miri were great. Very easy to communicate with and it was easy to find coming from the bus station due to the detailed arrival instructions. We will definitely be back

Minas and his staff made us feel right at home, and as we learned parts of the property were his childhood home. Great communication and helpful suggestions. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. Beautiful views off the patio that we enjoyed sunsets every evening we were there. Would recommend!

We had a sea view room with a patio. The view was fantastic. The hotel service was great too. We arrived after mid-night, someone was waiting for us at that late time and helped us carry our luggage down to the hotel.

Perfect location with a great view. Walking distance from the main bus terminal and a short walk to the main square with lots of food and shopping options. The unit we stayed in is charming and classic with natural features to keep the room cool. Private outdoor seating area to enjoy breakfast and dinner as you watch the sunset. Quiet place for relaxation. Minas and Rambo provided excellent service which makes our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
