"Casa perfecta en buena ubicación (junto a la autovía) con buen jardín. Tiene cualquier servicio necesario a 5 minutos andando. Se echo de menos algún detalle como un toallero para el lavabo o una bandeja o cesta para colocar los geles y champús en el plato de ducha. También estaría bien algún armario en la cocina para poder guardar la comida que se compra, ya que todos los armarios están llenos de menaje de cocina y no hay hueco para prácticamente nada. "Didn’t like that the air conditioner temperture was regulated! The room temperture was hot for me and the personal of the hotel didn’t do anything about it! They only responded they couldn’t di anything because temperture is regulated! When i did the reservation that wanst explained anywhere! If im paying for a room a want the room to have a comfortable temperture so i can sleep well! I couldn’t sleep well bexause of the hot room temperature!"

"Requerimos un cuarto tranquilo, y nos dieron un cuarto con mucha vibración proveniente del ascensor ibicadi en una de lad paredes adyacentes al cuarto. Cuando pedimos cambiar ese cuarto nos dijieron que no habia otro disponible. Finalmente la recepcion nos dio la opcion de otro cuarto mas caro que finalmente tuvimos que aceptar."

"The room was clean but they are quite open about the fact they will not go inside ypur room once, even just to freshen up. This also extends to collecting litter. I was tgere for a week and had to leave my own bags of rubbish out to a public bin. When i asked, they just shrugged their shoulders. The kitchen is unbelievably basic. 2 hobs, one pot, one pan, one cup, plate and minimum cutlery. No basics like salt and pepper, no kitchen knives, wine glass etc no tea towel or dishcloth or anything like that. If you are going to Santander by plane, remember this and if going by car, bring your own basics! While tge place was clean, there was significant wear and tear and the place looked shoddy. Pluses included tge staff, the quietness, the location, comfortable bed and black-out windows. Mixed feelings, it's not a disaster but not brilliant."
