This gas-heated pool is open year-round, and is always a comfortable temperature for swimming. Also on the deck is the Maxxus hot tub - the largest hot tub that Sundance makes! It easily accommodates 8 adults. There are also 10 pool loungers that surround the pool. Finally, dine among the treetops on the large outdoor dining table at the far end of the deck. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. The house is equipped with a 12 sets of of outdoor dishes (small and large plates, bowls), plastic glasses, and stainless steel insulated wine/cocktail glasses. Haven's is an outstanding example of mid-century modern architecture from the 60's and 70's. Several improvements have been made on the original build to bring modern amenities and finishes. Living Room: The living room is split into two levels. The upper level is open space for congregating with counter table and pub table. The lower area has two couches, comfy chairs, and a 75" TV. The TV comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video. If you need to work, the home is professionally equipped with enterprise-grade Ubiquiti Unifi Gigabit wireless internet with a Xfinity 1.2GB data plan. It will handle as many devices as you're likely to throw at it, all at top speeds. Kitchen and Dining Room: The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and serving dishes for large meals. The dishwasher, double oven, and refrigerator have recently been replaced. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of pots, pans, and utensils, as well as a blender, toaster, and food processor. Dinnerware, wine, champagne, and cocktail glasses - all for 12 people. The large dining room table comfortably fits 10 people. Sleeping Arrangements: There are 5 bedrooms with king beds. 4 of the bedrooms are located on the top (entrance) level and one is located on the lower level alongside the living room, kitchen, and pool. On the upper level, one of the king bedrooms has a connected alcove library with a desk and a daybed with two twin mattresses. \- A maximum of 10 overnight guests are allowed. \- Please let us know if you wish to invite additional day guests. With notice, we welcome up to 5 day visitors between the hours of 8am and 9pm. \- Pool Hours are 8am - 9pm. \- Quiet hours are 9pm-8am per Santa Rosa City regulations. Outdoor areas are closed after 9pm. \- No amplified sound or outdoor music is allowed outside in Santa Rosa or Sonoma County vacation rentals. \- Parking is limited to 5 cars. Please park all vehicles in the driveway. \- Commercial Filming and Photography is allowed only under certain circumstances and with explicit contract with the host. They had an amazing time. The house was great. It was clean, well equipped, and the location was wonderful. Peter, the host, was fantastic to deal with. He was very responsive and offered great advice with recommendations for wineries, restaurants, and other things to do near by. One thing to be aware of is that the house doesn't really have 5 bedrooms. There is alcove on the way to the master master bedroom that has a couch and a trundle bed. It would be fine if you're planning on using those beds for children. But since our group was 6 non-couple adults, the ladies had to double up in the real bedrooms. Not the end of the world though. Stayed here with a group of friends for my birthday trip and the house was awesome! Super comfortable for us, location was not far from wineries and shopping, and the view from the house was incredible. The property is so unique, interesting and well maintained. The view is spectacular, the pool is big and surrounded by a huge deck and the neighborhood is so neat. The house definitely has a retro-vibe which the owners have played up with the decor. The views are amazing and the pool is the perfect spot to chill and sip wine while watching the sun set. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and there is plenty of space to sit and chat with a large group. Note that there are only two full baths in the home, but it wasn't an issue even with 8 ladies showering - the hot water tank must be huge because we never ran out. My only recommendation would be to consider updating the second bathroom. One of our group is quite tall and she struggled with the low shower head. ##### Alex S. The house layout is great and the outdoor space is outstanding. Perfect proximity to Sonoma wineries and other activities.
