Very clean and modern. It was perfect for us. There are lots of steps: up to the apartment and down to the beach. We could walk to get sandwiches and down to get smoothies/ice cream/donuts/nail salon. We rented a golf cart one day, and we could easily ride down to Seaside and Watercolor. It reminded me a little bit of Florida’s Cinque Terre. It would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom and a few more dish towels. But I would say it was perfect.
