The ease of getting to the beach was great with a toddler and the view from the porch was wonderful. I also appreciated the laid back furnishings and decorations (no glass tables for my toddler to run into). We have stayed at a few places around 30a and this is one of our favorites so far! We would stay here again. The only downside is parking. We once returned to have our one designated spot in the gravel lot unusable due to the two cars on either side parked too close. Thankfully one was a cleaner and she left soon after we arrived, but at peak season I can see that there might be some parking troubles due to tight spacing and no lines. Still, not enough of a problem that we wouldn't stay again. ##### Brian S.
