ABOUT SUNSEEKERS 2: Welcome to Sunseekers 2! South of 30a and in the quaint town of Blue Mountain Beach is where you will find this beautiful 2 bed/2 bath gulf-front condo. With gorgeous views surrounding you will never want to leave! Step outside and relax on the patio or the surrounding neatly manicured lawn that is a perfect setting for a night of stargazing. This backyard oasis will have you lounging for hours and enjoying the sounds of the ocean breeze. When you need a break from the beach, Sunseekers is less than 5 minutes from the great shops and restaurants on 30A.
Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably you will love the newly updated décor and furnishings making you feel right at home! Walking in you will see the opening to the kitchen and dining room with seating at the bar and dining table. Straight through the dining room you will enter an amazing living room with unobstructed views of the beach. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and full bathroom with access to the hallway. Closer to the living room you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. With a flat screen TV and ocean views- this is sure to be the perfect spot to wake up and fall asleep at. Bring your family and friends and enjoy a well-deserved getaway at Sunseekers in Blue Mountain Beach!
ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach, Florida, is a perfect destination for those looking to enjoy a mix of relaxation and outdoor activities. The pristine beaches are the main attraction, offering soft, sugar-white sand and clear, calm waters that are ideal for children. Families can spend their days building sandcastles, swimming, and playing beach games, all while enjoying the stunning coastal views. Beyond the beach, Blue Mountain Beach is near several rare coastal dune lakes, such as Draper Lake and Big Redfish Lake. Condo was lovely. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms a little on the small side but kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The view and access to the beach were unbeatable!! Appreciated the beach chairs that were there. Would definitely return

We loved this space! We were able to rent chairs and an umbrella that was waiting for us every morning when we walked to the beach! There was also a coffee shop within walking distance, and the furniture was lovely. Beds were super comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing! This is a GREAT find for being in the 30A area—at the time we went, there were only maybe 3 other couples on the beach!

Peace on the Gulf
A beautiful, well appointed and well stocked property on a bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It is very spacious and sparkling clean it was a perfect get away for the weekend- I hope to stay there again.

Clean unit, right on the water. You can hear the ocean at night and wake up to the sunrise poking through the window shades that overlook the beach. Loved staying here. Friendly neighbors too.

Perfect Location
Completely comfortable, clean and updated condo with a perfect view of the beach. The green space available just off our patio was fabulous. We sat out to watch the sun set and to play with our 2 year old. A quiet building, with easy beach access. Parking is a little tight, but we only had one car so completely manageable. I would definitely stay again!

Close to beach; no frills
The unit was comfortable. We loved how close it was to the beach. The complex is old; you could hear every single footstep in the unit above. I can't imagine how bad it would be in peak season. Unit was a little musty smelling but wasn't horrible. The landscaping could use some TLC for sure.
Beds and furniture were comfortable. Love the area!

Great stay
Excellent stay. Premier location in our opinion, much more convenient than seaside or watercolor. Enjoyed easy access to beach. Unit was fantastically clean, easy to access, and everything worked exceptionally well. Owner obviously gives it lots of attention and pays attention to small details. Decorated extremely well! Not a showstopper for us and we will absolutely return soon, but maybe some appealing landscaping out back and fresh paint on outside would take condo to next level. Would also recommend a garbage receptacle at beach entry at bottoms of stairs. Rental property management was best we've ever experienced in FL and we come several times per year. They called and/or text EVERY day to see if everything was ok. Don't find that level of service after the sell anymore. Also, on evening before, they offered us an early check in even though we couldn't get there until afterwards. A small gesture that went a LONG way with us that didn't cost the owner or management team any additional money. Everyone should make this practice standard. Hard to find a complaint!

This property is not as the pictures show
Upon the first entrance garbage was piled up. Not sure why they don’t have trash pick up more than once a week with all the units?
The front door to our unit had an almost inch gap at the bottom. It barely felt secure even with the deadbolt. The inside of property smelled musty and moldy. The paint job on the pantry was so bad I think my daughter could of done a better job. The door knobs used for both the front outside door and the back patio were inside door knobs. The back patio was filthy as well was the patio door. The blinds on the back exit door did not open. The sofa was so dirty we had to buy sheets to sit on it. You can look at my reviews - I have never left low ratings but I feel I need to because the reviews and the pictures of this property do NOT reflect the actual property. I work very hard and spending the amount of money I spent on this place is not justified. As well, taking time off to stay in a dump is not my idea of a vacation.
