The owners of this property completely renovated the property so that everything inside is brand new and coastal inspired. Even though the gulf views are spectacular (which you’ll see as soon as you walk in the door), you’re going to be equally amazed and what greets you inside this luxury condominium. Your family of up to eight will truly enjoy every moment here since the owners have spared no expense to create a coastal environment second to none that perfectly complements the gulf front location. The experience begins when you enter the unit and see the shiplap walls accented with local coast art. But that’s just the beginning. Here are some of the distinctive features of this ultimate beach front condo: • Our Carefree Check-in lets you go directly to the property, so you don’t have to check in at an office • Your first stop is the completely remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, a uniquely designed backsplash and open shelving rather than closed cabinetry that creates an open and airy feel that you can enjoy while seated at the counter at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A little disappointed in pool. Had to walk through a black top parking lot to the pool. Parking was limited and we were in a 3 BR. 3 families and only 2 spaces for parking. Most people parked anywhere they wanted instead of assigned spaces. Our water pressure was terrible. Could only shower one at a time and the washer couldn’t be used at the same time. The plumber (who was very nice) was sent and he fixed the problem but then there was limited hot water. We also had a roach problem around the stove/oven area and woke up to them crawling around every morning. Someone was sent to spray but of course the problem wasn’t fixed instantly. The host responded promptly to our complaints. In spite of our issues, a good time was had by all! ##### Penny R. The views were beautiful. Our only complaint would be that since it’s beach front, they’d offer beach chairs & towels. We had to purchase our own, which we left. Also, we like to cook while we are away & the kitchen was stocked with no spices, oils, etc. Not even salt & pepper. The home was beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, and just exquisite in every way. My favorite part was being right on the beach and being able to see the ocean from all the windows. My two girlfriends and I celebrated are 52 and 60 year old birthdays and we could not have stayed at a more beautiful place! The condo was decorated beautifully and everything was in perfect order. In addition, we even found large plastic cups, wine corkscrew, all the necessary and even beyond kitchen utensils, etc. that made it easy to not have to purchase any items for our stay.
