Unfortunately we had some hiccups with the check in process resulting in us having to wait past the 3:00 check in to get in. I like to stay at places that are at least as nice as home. With that said, this property is accurately represented on VRBO. The beds are comfortable. It has all of the utensils you would ever need. The view of the beach is terrific and the location is very nice. The complex is tucked away about 1/2 mile off of 30A, so it is quiet and isolated (in a good way). My only criticism is the living room furniture is a bit worn and not very comfortable, but the views and other positives far outweigh this minor complaint. ##### sam n. Excellent views of beach from living areas and expansive deck. The photos online truly represent the actual unit. Response from management of unit was quick and complete. A minor glitch with the thermostat on heat/ac was the temperature selected was never exactly displayed on the thermostat after unit was running for an allowable amount of time. The walk up and down wasn’t bad at all. The furniture was comfortable and every room clean and well appointed. The only thing missing was beach toys of any kind and beach towels. The management company was top notch.Our only issue was a 9am checkout time. We come to 30A at least 3 times a year and I’ve never had a 9am strict checkout.
