This is a special place, in a unique spot of an old (but developing) neighborhood. The house is lovely - we loved the pine floors, artwork and fixtures throughout, water lilies in the canal out back. The kitchen is beautiful and is reasonably furnished for our needs but if you’re a gourmet cook, you’d better bring that special pan or sharp knife from home. Kitchen sink is in need of faucet repair BOTH hot and cold valves are wonky. A broom, more glassware, and some additional pots and pans would put this place at the top of its game. That said, these are tiny issues in a special lovely home. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend to others with those minimal reservations.
PS - it is truly prettier and has a warmer “feel” than the posted photos convey.
