Close to the beautiful beach. Problems existed since add advertised 2 bicycles when in fact there was only 1\. Owner knew about it, because the lock for the missing bicycle was on the kitchen table and when contacted, made no effort to rectify except to tell us where to rent one! While this does not seem to be a big deal, the add for this property is in fact fraudulent. So plan on spending another $25 a day if you are planning on riding bicycles. ##### Debbie B. We had all we needed to enjoy the very close by beach. We loved having the bikes to enjoy the bike path running in either direction along 30A, a real plus!! Len provided all information prior to arrival. Price was about what we wanted to pay as we explored this area on our way further down the Gulf coast to our final destination. ##### Sally J. The location was perfect and so close to the beach. Everything was within walking distance. Our stay wasn't long so we didn't take advantage of the provided bikes, but it was nice to know we had the option. Len was very responsive when I had questions. A little disappointed that upon arrival the coffee maker had not been cleaned, nor the old grounds removed and also the toilet was disgusting so once I cleaned both of those everything else was good.
