Just around the corner from Seaside Avenue, the family park, and the family pool, this thoughtfully appointed home is only a 5-minute walk to both the beach access and the Seaside Amphitheater — placing over 40 shops and restaurants just steps from your front door. Guests will enjoy the convenience of private parking and a lush, tree-lined yard that creates a sense of privacy and tranquility. The bright green exterior of the cottage offers an instant sense of welcome, while the generous greenery surrounding the home enhances its peaceful, tucked-away feel. Enter through a furnished, screened-in porch featuring lounge seating, dual-facing benches, and an overhead fan — a perfect spot for your morning coffee or relaxed evening conversations.
