Located just steps away from the stunning white sand beaches and dunes of the Gulf of Mexico, this coastal home has a private pool (heated for an additional fee) at the back of the home and a wraparound covered porch on the East side of the home facing Oyster Lake. You get the best of all nature has to offer on the western end of 30A. Property Highlights: \-Private Pool (heated for an additional fee) \-Expansive Views of the Gulf of Mexico and Oyster Lake \-Third Floor Deck offering 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico \-Less than 5 Minute Walk to Beach Access \-Sleeps up to 14 lucky guests DETAILS: The main level of this home features an open, oversized living space with large flat screen TV and ample room to relax after a day spent at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops and adjacent to the dining area that seats 12\. Also located on the main floor is a guest bedroom with Queen bed and bath adjacent to the kitchen. The Great Room features a queen Sleeper Sofa, The first level porch offers view of Oyster Lake– a great location to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Plenty of room, quiet, private road, and a quick 5 min bike ride to the beach. Pool was a good size for our group. We had a last minute decision to get the heated pool turned on. Andy had someone on site within 45 minutes to turn on the heated pool for us. property manager was great very attentive and described the property perfectly. The private dock was also a big plus, great for early morning fishing.
