We were very pleased. It is not super spacious. The living room is compact. The dining area is tight. But it's clean and updated. Being on ground floor was no big deal at all. Plenty quiet. Nice furniture. Comfortable bed. If you are looking for a clean comfortable place to sleep and want to spend most of your time on the beach, it's perfect. If you want to have a party with 20-people, this is not the place. They have really nice beach chairs and a good umbrella that you can use. We would book it again in a heartbreak. We were very very pleased. One thing to be aware of: their beach access area is not right out from the complex. You have to walk 200 yards on the beach for their area, but it's no big deal. The beach area is not very crowded. We didn't have anyone on either side of us for 20-30 feet. Also, if you walk to the east, you go through a state park area that is really pretty. Fantastic for beach walks. A donut shop and liquor store are about 0.5 miles away. This spot is away from the main road in a way that makes it feel quiet. ##### Cameron C.
