This residence is professionally designed and decorated with no expense or detail spared from the artwork to the marble countertops. This home features 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 16 friends and family members. The first floor welcomes you with a light and bright entryway that sets the tone for the rest of the residence. This floor offers a guest bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom that is perfect for those needing a little extra space. There is a half bathroom and laundry room on this floor. The second floor, the heart of the home, captures you from the wooden beams on the ceiling, luxurious furnishings, and beautiful views of the water. The living room provides an ample amount of comfortable seating for the family. The stylish dining table offers seating for 12 with additional bar stool seating. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances that are top of the line. The sliding glass doors allow for the natural light to fill the space and unobstructed views of the private pool (which can be heated for $65/day). The master bedroom is located on this floor and features a king sized bed and a huge en-suite bathroom with a walk in closet, double vanities, soaking tub, and a walk in shower. The third floor features a sitting area that is beautifully designed and has a tv and beverage refrigerator. There are three guest bedrooms on this floor. All bedrooms have king size beds, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and balconies that provide stunning views of the water and 30A! The fourth floor has a secondary master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Reservation/Booking Policy \- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. \- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. New four story home with multiple balconies with views of the gulf. Beach access across the street. Walking distance to Seaside. 7 bicycles provided with the home rental. Pool is small but nice. Close to the public beach access and close to the town center of Seaside. Wonderful 2nd floor gathering area and outdoor private pool certainly a plus late in the day. Could have used more icemaking facilities in the kitchen and the "condensation" Samsung dryer wasn't very useful but fortunately the LG dryer was awesome for all the towels, etc. ##### James P. The house was beautifully decorated, had tons of space for sleeping and hanging out, and a super short walk to the beach and Seaside. The pool was absolutely perfect to cool off in after being at the beach all day. It was ideal having it right off the main living space. There were views of the ocean from almost every floor. The elevator was an added plus to help with unloading luggage and groceries. I will most definitely stay in this house every time I come to Seaside. ##### Victoria D. We had our large family there and had plenty of room. We never felt like we were in top of each other. So much space and the family/kitchen area was a great place to hangout.
