Biggest issue was construction next door - photos reflect a green space but a new building is going up with lots of construction noise which made it hard to enjoy the balcony 7am-4pm. As 65 years olds we were able to climb up and down, but it was kind of difficult after a day on the beach. Also the internet is very weak; it was ok for us but if someone is working during their vacation they will probably need to make other arrangements for internet service. The unit was in pristine condition and had everything we needed to cook at home and/or relax. It was perfect for our kids (ages 3 and 5) - while the bunk beds are in the hallway without a door, they were so exhausted after playing at the beach that it didn’t matter. The thumbnail shows a beautiful view of the coast. What you actually get is a loud construction site. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not cleaned thoroughly. Floors were probably never mopped and the coffee pot inline water filter was molded and full of coffee grinds. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was excellent. The condo was very clean and convenient and the view of the Gulf was great. The only things that slightly bothered me were having that many steps going down and then returning from the beach. And there was not enough flat hard packed sand areas on the beach for walking, running or riding my bike.
