It is on the first floor level, and with a quick walk down a set of stairs, you are ready to sit in your beach chair. The furnishings are modern and very tasteful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a good meal. The outdoor patio is small but was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunset. Cons: The parking situation is a little uncertain because there are no reserved spots. There is a privacy concern because the neighbors are very close and can look over or down into your patio. The condo is nice and newly renovated inside, and we enjoyed our week long vacation except....we had a very loud person above us who made it impossible to sleep in or go to bed early, the outside of the condo is quite aged and needs repair in most areas, Our screen door wouldn’t close, the steps to the beach are in need of repair. We enjoyed being on the ground floor very much, just a few steps and we were on the beautiful uncrowded beach. The condo was so clean and well decorated. It was a very relaxing week!
