Home completely remodeled and furnished in January 2020 and is ready for your next beach vacation! It has been a return rental home for many families throughout the years and Grayton Getaway is one of THE MOST amazing sought after rental homes in Grayton Beach! Heated Pool with a huge screened in lounge room next to the pool to enjoy a great evening in the pool after being beach front during the day. Don't forget to visit the dune lakes while you are here (also a short walk or bike ride away from the cottage). Several restaurants and shops are close by in Grayton, and a coffee shop within walking distance. Let your mind, body, and soul escape at one of Grayton's Finest!

Grayt place!

We love Grayton and this house is close to restaurants and the beach. The pool is so nice to have as well! Beds are comfy and was perfect place for our family trip.

Great location with easy beach access. Perfect for a smaller group and the pool was a bonus we didn’t know we needed until there were a couple of double red flag days.

Great Vacation!!

This was a much needed relaxing vacation. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Really enjoyed the heated pool. Beach wasn’t overly crowded and the ocean was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little beach house

Our family enjoyed a week stay at this Grayton bungalow! It was just the right size for us and we loved the pool and porches! Easy walk to the beach and Red Bar area. Sad to leave today but hope to come back sometime soon! Highly recommend if you’re looking for the perfect location, and a true, old school beach house with everything you need

Great location and stay.

As we continue to see larger and larger homes in Grayton, this 3B home was a great find. Convenient access to the beach and with the added benefit of a small pool which was perfect for our two kids when they still wanted to be in the water. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. Would stay again.

The location was a quick walk to a beautiful beach. We had the option of staying "home" in the heated pool. The house was stocked with what we needed for cooking and relaxing. Host was very responsive.

Great Grayton Beach Weekend

Great beach week rental. Very clean house with a great pool and just a short walk to the beach. The central location puts you close to restaurants, shopping and all 30-A has to offer. I called the owner with a few questions after arriving and they are responsive and friendly. No issues all week just a great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

Great property!

Owners were very easy to communicate with. We had one issue upon check in and they immediately responded and took care of it. Of all the places we have stayed in Grayton they had the most resources on site upon check in(paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc). Beds were comfortable. Great location! Was a great stay. We will return!

Grayt stay!

The house was fabulous. The location perfect. Walked on the beach each morning, bbq by the pool in the afternoon and beach sunsets at night. Rented electric bikes for the week and had a blast along the miles of bike trails between the coastal towns. Leaving the house was like saying good-bye to a dear friend. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful beach home

We had one of the best vacations we have had on 30a. We have been coming for several years, but have never stayed in Grayton. We will definitely be coming back. The house was perfect for our family. Just a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed! Communication with owners was fast and easy. Definitely would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect beach vacation!

This was our first time visiting Grayton beach and it definitely won’t be our last! We had such a wonderful time and wish we were still there. The house was in a great, quiet location with just a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the back porch and cooling off in the pool. The property owners were very easy to communicate with and responded to questions leading up to the trip. All in all, it was a perfect vacation spot. We will be back!
