The Villas at Santa Rosa #C202 is a gulf front condominium located across the street from Gulf Place Town Center. It just doesn’t get more convenient than this. \*\*\*\*\*This property is for adults only – No one under 25\*\*\*\* When vacationing on Scenic Highway 30A, sometimes you simply want to be right on the beach— and nothing else will do. This three-bedroom condominium certainly fulfills that wish, and so much more! Overlooking the gleaming white sand and rolling turquoise waves of the Gulf of Mexico, you simply can’t get any closer to the beach than this. Recently remodeled and sparkling clean, this oceanfront oasis is a picture-perfect beach lover's paradise, where you will make South Walton memories that will last a lifetime. The wide-open great room is filled with blissful beachfront sunshine. You can open the double glass doors to allow the refreshing sea breezes and the sound of the surf inside or venture outdoors to your private patio for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico below. Perhaps you’ll even see some dolphins swimming past! Back inside, the living area is luxurious and relaxing, with plenty of comfortable seating and a huge, mounted HDTV—ideal for afternoon catnaps or evening movie nights. Next to the living area are the open dining room and kitchen. The L-shaped corner kitchen features classic glass-front cabinets that house colorful dishware and glassware, while a center island provides a bit of casual seating and extra workspace. Premier appliances include a huge stainless steel refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. The first of three private and peaceful bedrooms is the primary suite— complete with a sumptuous king-size bed and large HDTV. The spa-inspired primary ensuite bathroom is completely stunning and features a freestanding soaking tub, step-in glass shower, and double marble vanity. A secondary suite also includes a luxe king-size bed, HDTV, and an attached full bathroom with a step-in shower. The third bedroom has 2 double beds. Located directly across the street from Gulf Place Town Center, you will love the easy access to both the beach and the dining and entertainment options. Everything is so close that you’ll barely need your car since you’ll be able to walk or bike nearly everywhere. The gated community also includes a huge shared community swimming pool.
