An open layout allows guests to enjoy a jaw-dropping view of the Gulf when they enter Beachside #13\. A kitchen with premium appliances overlooks a round dining table and a casually elegant living area with French doors that open to bright blue views of the Gulf from the balcony. Chaise lounges and cushioned chairs allow guests to spend as much time as they’d like enjoying the view and the salty breezes in comfort. Inside, hardwood floors and beautiful molding are the foundation for the delicate lighting details, local artwork, and coral accents that make Beachside #13 feel like a beach home away from home. Off the living area are a guest bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and French doors that open to the balcony. I celebrated my 40th birthday here with friends and when we walked in we were in AWE of how it was even better than the pictures. From the spacious rooms/bathrooms/living space, how immaculate it was, location right next to F.O.OW. and main building and a nice walk away from the cutest square of shops/restaurants and fun…it did not disappoint even once. The ice machine was broken and when I called to let them know, the customer service was so helpful and even brought a huge bag of ice up to us. It was so perfect!! We were 30 miles out when we got the code. There was deferred maintenance: 1) The outside Door that led to one of the bedrooms wouldn’t lock. 2) The main floor master bath door locks were broken, the outside door locked by itself once. No one could get into the bathroom. 3) Not enough towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper. No tissues, 4) Upstairs bedroom facing the Gulf, the entry door got stuck, wouldn’t close correctly. 5) Several people got very bad splinters on the deck. 6) More laundry detergent. 7) The supply should match the stay, no one feels like running out to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. 8) One roll of paper towels for a kitchen supporting a stay for 7 people? ##### Michael B.
