~ THE SPACE ~
Welcome to “Stay Cool on 30A,” a comfy yet chic coastal townhome perfectly positioned along Scenic Highway 30A. With ocean views, effortless beach access, and walkable dining and shopping, this home offers the ideal blend of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm.

This spacious townhome spans three interior levels plus a private rooftop terrace and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Each bedroom features its own wall-mounted TV and DVD player, allowing everyone to unwind in their own space.

The first floor includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, styled with a modern palm motif, along with a private bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level, along with access to the one-car garage for storing beach gear. Guests may park one additional vehicle in the driveway or on the neighborhood street with a parking permit. At least four beach chairs are provided for guest use.

The second floor is the main living level, featuring a bright and inviting living room with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, books, and games. Just down the hall is a guest queen bedroom and a full hall bathroom with a tiled shower. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for meals at home, including a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, flat-top stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Instant Pot, and Crock Pot. Guests can gather at the island with seating for four or the dining table that seats six.

The third floor features two private master suites, each with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. One suite offers peek-a-boo Gulf views with calming coastal décor, while the other includes double vanities and a walk-in closet accented with stylish navy tones.

A spiral staircase leads to the fourth-floor rooftop terrace, one of the home's standout features. This private outdoor space offers ocean views and is perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or card games under the stars.

Outside, guests can enjoy the back deck with a gas grill and small dining set, along with a grassy area just beyond—great for kids to play safely. The Summer Place community pool is located just steps from the front door and is gated and seasonally heated.

The Location was absolutely perfect. We love how close it was to the beach. Also, everything that they had for the beach was absolutely amazing. We did find the bedding to be lacking a little. There were no extra blankets or anything that we could locate or any extra pillows. Also, the kitchen was lacking a few basic utensils to be able to cook well, but we made it work.

Everything was perfect. Location, huge house with loads of bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean, rooftop area was really nice. Super quick walk to the beach. Staff was always accessible and responded immediately. Highly recommend!

Overall a great stay. The main photo shown is from ABOVE the roof top. You can see the water from the top of the condo, but not as pictured. This condo is right behind the pool. Very clean, well stocked, including beach, chairs, wagon ice chest. You’re within a minute golf cart ride to the beach definitely in walking distance of many restaurants, ice cream, shops and shopping. The only thing that I missed about being in Florida is an actual balcony. The bottom floor has the washer dryer bathroom with tub queen bed with a separate full size with bunk on top. The second floor has a bedroom with a community bathroom that has a shower only, kitchen and living room. Going up a second set of stairs is the third floor, which has two bedrooms each with their own bathroom that has tub and shower combo. Then there’s a spiral staircase that leads up to the rooftop balcony. Please be very careful as one friend fell off the bottom step coming down twice the second time she fell she fractured her ankle. The stair steps are the same color as the floors and hard to see. I would recommend this condo for location and the property management team is amazing.

Location is hard to best with easy walkability to the beach, shops & restaurants. WiFi & dryer weren't working when we arrived but management company was very responsive and took care of things fast. Nice having a garage too. Great stay overall but (1) rooftop deck didn't have the great views of all other units because it was walled-in a bit/hard to see over the wall, (2) garbage area for all units in the complex was a total mess and (3) it would have been nice to have had some rugs down on some floors spare blankets in the rooms. Overall, would definitely recommend though and we had a great week!

Spring Break vacation

The condo was amazing! It had everything you needed. 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms very reasonably priced. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved having a backyard to play bags in. Lots of extras in the garage for beach goers. One downfall was all the steps. From the bottom floor to the rooftop there are 50 steps.

We had a great stay at this property. It’s very close to the beach and plenty of beach amenities on property. The response from the owner was a bit slow once on property but otherwise pretty responsive. The WiFi did not work on property which was never fixed. Also, the dishwasher did not work properly which was a problem. Otherwise property was nice.

Leading up to our stay we contacted the property management company to ensure the property actually had what was advertised (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.). This was an issue because only 2 of the 5 chairs were functional for a group of 9 people. We brought this up on the first and second day of our stay. The chairs were replaced the day before we departed. Way too late for something that was inquired about very early on. We also, arrived early and asked for an early check in since traveling took less time than expected. The management company said they would check and get back to us. This never happened and so we waited in the driveway for over an hour before the property manager arrived 10 minutes before our allotted time (1600) to inspect the home. This further delayed our move in timeline. Next, the door lock did not open with the assigned code causing another delay as the property manager fixed the lock. Next, the internet was intermittently in and out, making it impossible to work or communicate consistently. This is the livelihood for one of my family members and significantly affected her ability to get things accomplished. Next, we encountered a roach in the.kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Not a big deal but was an observation. For awareness, the neighboring businesses play live music which can be disruptive if you go to sleep early. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and close to the beach and restaurants.

Overall a great stay. You don’t realize how many stairs it takes to get all the way to the rooftop. Just a few things that would have been helpful, like kitchen staples (trash bags, salt/pepper, and couple more dish towels).

Top Notch at Stay Cool!!!

Everything was top notch at Stay Cool! The walk to the beach is easy (even with two littles). The public beach access is a little crunched but manageable. All of the local people are wonderful at the stores and restaurants, we met so many great, new people! Only minor issue with the unit was the WiFi was not able to support our devices very well. Overall, a good spot for six adults and two children - highly recommend!!

Great unit, great location, but don't expect anything else.

Unit was spacious for 8 members of my family who were staying. Enjoyed the kitchen and living area. Upstairs balcony is nice and offers a view of the gulf. It is a great location. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. Recommend Shunk Gulley for lunch/dinner and Growler Garage for beer. Unfortunately, we had issues. Simple amenities that could have made our stay easier were not provided. Don't expect salt/pepper, shampoo/soap in the bathrooms, etc. Advised to bag our trash and take it to the trash bins outside (which we did), but were only provided 2 kitchen-sized trash bags for an entire week. TV had 4 remote controls but no instructions on how to use the TV/cable. Finally figured it out, but even then figured out that the remote doesn't work correctly. Channel button doesn't work so the station has to be programmed in directly, and even then while standing 2 feet from the television. Wifi was not working, and finally figured out that we had to reset it. Mgmt company requires guests to leave at 9 but doesn't allow checkin before 4, even though we requested it for my daughter who has a 2 month old baby. Reason was that they have to do a sweep/inspection of the condo before allowing new guests in. My question is why weren't these issues remedied during their 7 hour inspection? Final straw was no gas in the grill, even though listing clearly states gas grill on the premises. We had planned a nice bday party for my dtr's 30th birthday. Would say more out of let

Almost perfect...

Did we mention the Private Beaches!?!? Cross the road (30A) and 5min. to Public Beach access.. where you will be shoulder to shoulder and 4 rows deep to the water! While to the left & right the HOA guards prevents access to 300yds of beach being utilized by a single row of widely spaced HOA residents / guests 🤔 But the property is well located for the $$ and well appointed.

Fall Break

Great trip and location, a short walk to the beach. The house is as described. A few challenges: need new pots/pans and cooking utensils. Also the gas grill doesn’t light (you need a match) and only one burner works. It may just need to be cleaned. Otherwise all good.

Nice place to stay

Nice clean place, close to beach. Large bedrooms. Living room is small. The grill was broken so that was not optimal. Small pool in complex, but never crowded. Check in and out time is early and late respectively. Beds probably need upgrading. Overall would stay here again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Walk to the beach is much shorter than the pic made it look. We rented bikes but did not need them. Everything in the town is easy walking distance. My only negative is the late check in time. I've never stayed where the check in time was 6 p.m.!
