You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. It would be nice to supply the condo with coffee filters - especially for a short stay. We have been staying at Beachwood for years and found it extremely frustrating finding a spot on the beach that was not blocked off for private use. Nice for a short stay. Bathroom is alone and not in master which was a plus with multiple people. Has most kitchen items. Sliding door was tricky with curtain. Shower liner needs changed. Keep in mind though you only have access to a small part of the beach, as resort owners claim most of it. They will tell you to move. The space was okay, we made it work for 6 people though it was a little tight. Could have been cleaner and was only left with one trash bag for 6 days. I understand the “starter” amenities but one trash bag? No one is going to buy an entire box for their few day stay. Parking was nice as well as proximity to all of the “towns” along 30a. 2 pools and coin laundry on site. Bring your quarters, you’ll need it. We were mostly just there to sleep so it worked, but would not be viable if you plan to spend a lot of time in the condo. ##### Tori P. Anytime you stay in a condo for a week you like to have a washer and dryer. Also no blow dryer, I would have brought one if I would have known.
