Located in the low density complex of Cassine Station. One of the hallmarks of this beach home is the expansive balcony where you have gulf views and can oftentimes enjoy the sounds of waves crashing. Upon entering this home, you are greeted by an open floor plan in view of the kitchen, dining room, living room and porch, with abundant natural light. The master bedroom with a king bed, the guest room with 2 full beds, and the bunk room with a twin over full bunk, the baths also offer a plentiful amount of space, providing that much appreciated peaceful evening after a nice day on the beach. My handicapped mom was able to walk there and walk down the long ramp rather than the stairs to reach the beach easily. The building has an elevator which was a great help too. The condo is perfectly comfortable and lovely with a big wrap around balcony with a view (not a huge view) of the water. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. Only the bunk room is small but adequate and still equipped with tv and a dresser.
