My only feedback would be to provide hard copy maps of the Watercolor area (trails, activity centers, pools, trolley routes) so we can better navigate and explore all the neighborhood has to offer! House is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with nice decor and comfortable furniture. Floor plan was perfect for us. Bedrooms were much larger in person than they looked in the pictures, plus the bunk beds also have trundles for additional guests! Property has so many amazing porches that we enjoyed daily. Separate ice maker in the kitchen was an awesome surprise. The covered carport was excellent, especially when unloading groceries during one of those afternoon pop-up thunderstorms! Location was great! Two minutes to the beach club by bike or trolley, or maybe 5-6 muchminutes on foot.
