Located in the coveted neighborhood of The Preserve, this Grayton Beach home provides access to one of the best beaches on 30A, located .25 miles east of the community entrance. Guests will love this spacious 2-story home with access to the community pool and tennis courts. Resting Beach Face has a tranquil gray façade crowned with vibrant mint shutters and a cozy sitting porch that leads to the first floor. Guests will admire the customized elements of this open floorplan, such as the white oak-colored floors, white shiplap walls, and decorative beams in the great room. Awash in natural lighting, friends and family can unwind in the living area on oversized sofas and armchairs that surround the TV. The adjacent dining area is perfect for a sit-down meal with its dining table with 5 chairs and bench seating on one side. The gourmet kitchen features a 4-stool breakfast bar/kitchen island with quartz countertops, decorative glass door cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances—including a wine fridge and ice maker. For extra comfort, there is 1 primary bedroom and 1 bunk room with queen-over-queen beds on this floor. After a long day at the beach, guests can retire in comfort to the 3 guest bedrooms on the second floor. All the bedrooms feature a private bathroom—including one with a free-standing tub for a spa-like experience. There is also a tiled laundry room on this floor with a full-sized washer and dryer. Outside this home is a lovely space for hosting a cookout. With a magnificent screened-in porch and a small patio with a propane grill, invite family and friends over for an al fresco dining experience with everything you need right outside the back door. Having the bikes, community pool and pickleball court was a big plus and the neighborhood was very friendly/safe. Beds were comfy and everything worked as it should. Very nice to have lots of bathrooms. Only downside, the private beach access was a bit of an ordeal to get to including almost a mile long boardwalk and once you’re out there, there’s no restroom facilities and we would have had to cross over a water inlet carrying our stuff to reach the portion of beach we were designated to. We ended up forgoing this private beach option and went to a public beach instead. Although we made do, more kitchen provisions would be appreciated such as spices, water dispenser, etc. overall though great stay and would recommend! ##### Chloe C. Everything is in working order, beds are comfy, each room is large and spacious. A short golf cart ride to the east pool and walk across the road, down the boardwalk, and there is the gulf. We will definitely stay here again next year! One major thing to be careful about. I sliced my left arm on the back stairs aluminum top caps coming up the stairs into the screened sitting area. Grayton Beach was perfect as it wasn’t near as crowded as some of the other beach towns nearby. Our house had more than enough space for our family of five. My three teens loved having their own spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms. House was beautiful and very clean. The bicycles and golf cart were definitely an added bonus! Community pool was just steps away. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but the rental company did stay in constant communication, just in case.
