Hot Florida days are wonderful to enjoy from the cool interior of 1109\. It’s tones of fresh cream and chic coastal furnishings create a heavenly, airy ambiance. A great place to hide away, 1109 has all the comforts that anybody could want. The modern kitchen features neutrally toned granite and cabinets, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed for a cozy dinner. The master suite in particular boasts a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a tile walk-in shower and double vanities- you’ll feel like you’re at a high-end spa! Oh and simply being part of Sanctuary at Redfish- a green community on a natural preserve built around the rare dune lake named “Redfish”- is a wonderful thing! Consider its amenities- a fitness center, a fire pit overlooking Redfish Lake and the Gulf, walking trails, an expansive pool deck with three separate pools (one heated seasonally and two in-ground hot tubs, a community grill area, underground parking and a free shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Then there is the location set between Seaside and Sandestin with an ice cream shop, boutiques and restaurants within walking distance. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. The location was great and the unit had a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. We noticed several areas that had not been thoroughly cleaned, which took away from the overall comfort of the stay.That said, the management company was responsive, helpful, and professional throughout our trip. They handled our concerns promptly and were great to work with.Overall, while we enjoyed our time and appreciated the great customer service, we do hope the cleaning standards are improved for future guests. ##### Vanessa C. It’s amazing!!! We missed being about to walk out onto the beach anytime we wanted though vs waiting on the pontoon boat. This unit was spacious with nice furniture. The resort is amazing! The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The pools were never crowded and always enjoyable. Our condo was beautifully decorated, well cleaned, and just as described. We love the location of this resort as it is very quiet, but not far from restaurants and shopping. I would like to especially thank Stacy and Landra at Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. They were fabulous to work with and accommodated us well. They were a blessing! I would highly reccommend this property and look forward to returning soon! ##### Rebecca C. Enjoyed their break from school while the adults enjoyed shopping and football watching. The unit was very with excellent mattresses wish the pillows had been as nice.
