This is the second time we have stayed at Nancy’s and had everything we needed. Nancy was quick at responding and the place was clean and cozy. We were also allowed to check in a little early which is very convenient. Nancy’s place is an easy walk to the beach and the property is well maintained and very pet friendly. May 4, 2017 #### Awesome beach getaway My daughter and I stayed here for spring break. It was a great location! Can see the water from the deck and it's a short 5 min (if that) walk to the beach. Clean and cozy condo just steps away from the beach. This condo is located within biking distance of Seaside and Rosemary beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a little tight for three adults, but it worked out just fine and we had a great time. We have our favorite places all along 30a and this location was perfectly situated to easily visit Rosemary Beach, as well places we enjoy going to toward Grayton Beach, and everything in between. Very convenient for the beach and close to all my favorite restaurants. The only thing I didn’t care for were the beds, both mattresses were very uncomfortable. Also, there was no washer and dryer. We had very specific requirements looking for a place to stay: south side of 30A to avoid crossing to go to the beach, small since only the two of us getting away for a week, dog friendly, & clean. This loft style condo checked every box. The location is perfect to get easily & quickly to the beach. The pool area is super nice. The pet area is very nice & convenient. Apr 16, 2014 #### Spring break getaway Me, my daughter and sister came for a short Spring break vacation and we absolutely loved this condo as well as the location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The complex was quiet and relaxing. You could see the ocean each morning. The pool was well kept and it was a very short walk to the beach, which we took each day. I love that it is on a dead end street with no traffic. Loved the layout of the condo and it was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very nice to work with. I will definitely be staying here again.
