The kitchen has upgraded cabinets, with quartz counter tops. This condo is just perfect for weekend getaway or a wonderful week at the beach, with beach access just a few short steps away. WHAT's NEARBY This property is part of the Emerald Hill Condos, a Gulf-front complex with a private boardwalk that leads to the beach. You will be across the street from several shops, eateries, and recreational outfitters that rent bikes and kayaks. Seaside is 1.3 miles away on the 30A bike path. THINGS TO KNOW: Parking notes: 1 spot per unit. No assigned spot, can park in any spot that is not in front of a garage. The rental is located on the ground floor. Sorry, no pets per HOA. Golf carts are not allowed on property. However, there is golf cart rental conveniently located across the street at Butterfly Bike and Kayak.
