"We stayed in a ground-floor room. The laminate flooring was already swollen from the damp and smelled musty. The patio door couldn't be locked. The shower cubicle didn't have a sliding door. "Excellent location, the apartment was fantastic and my friend and I loved staying here! It was clean, towels provided along with a bathrobe and slippers. Lovely balconies and fan provided as well in each room. Staff were lovely, specific shout out to Roni and Emmanuel! Connected to a restaurant as well which is great but also a short walk to the beach, quiet neighbourhood too. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick"

"Room was very clean and had a cleaner in every day. Had a restaurant and shop not even 5 minutes down the road. Perfect location, the area was pretty quiet when we went in march which was perfect for us. There were busses running to Santa Maria snd was a 20-30 minute walk down and taxis right outside the hotel to get which was perfect. There was also another bus to their resort on the beach with a restaurant. It’s also a 5 minute walk to ponta preta beach. The staff were amazing and lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone. It was perfect for what we wanted. "
