It has a beautiful garden surrounded by plants and some trees, it is very sunny with a porch (table and chairs for dinner) and sunbeds and umbrellas for sunbathing. You have all kinds of material to go to the beach available to you. A few meters from the house, you can access four different sandy beaches. La maison est magnifique, très bien décorée et spacieuse. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour parfait. La maison est calme et tres bien située dans Es Canar. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous et l accueil de Susana fut parfait. Nous regrettons juste un lave vaisselle mais Susana nous a expliqué que l eau trop calcaire empêchait son installation. Le lit d une des 3 chambres est trop petit pour 2\. Aussi nous vous déconseillons cette location si vous êtes 6\. Parfaite pour 5\. A moins que le 6ieme ne dorme sur le canapé assez grand et confortable. Enfin la piscine est très grande et parfaitement équipée (matelas, transats, parasols...) Mais malheureusement nous n avons pu en profiter les premiers jours car l eau avait tourné et l entreprise pour l'entretien est venue avec 1 jour de retard. Cependant rien de grave car la plage est à 2 pas. Si vous voulez passer un séjour au top, venez chez Susana. Nous reviendrons Merci encore ##### Karine A. The location is fantastic – just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Cala Martina quickly became our favourite spot – a more boho-style beach with a laid-back vibe and relaxed restaurants right on the sand.Susanna, our host, was absolutely superb. She couldn’t have been more helpful, especially during our first few days when we had a few little requests while settling in. She was always quick to respond and made us feel really looked after.The villa itself is comfortable and well-equipped. There are two good-sized double rooms with excellent air conditioning, plus a smaller twin room. The twin does get a bit warmer than the others, but with the fan provided, our youngest slept there without any trouble. The kitchen has everything you need for simple holiday cooking, with a gas stove, fridge, and coffee-making facilities.One of the highlights was the gorgeous pool area at the back. It’s linked to the hotel pool next door but separated by a wall and screen so you still have privacy. We spent many happy afternoons there cooling off and relaxing.A quick note for drivers – the villa sits just off the main road into Es Canar, opposite a private car park with a barrier. It’s 5 minutes walk to the main beach, ferry and hippy market. We just relaxed at the beach and travelled to some of the nearby towns for lunch. The weather was perfect. ##### Russell P. Only 30 Meters away is a small market where you can buy all the things you need during a day. Susannas House is big with a lot of space around the house, the rooms are big enough and it is possible to climate all the rooms. In front of the two entrancadoors is a rooftopped outdoor round table where you can have breakfast or dinner in the evening. We played cards there with 6 people in the evening. Even by rain we were setting outside and didn't get wet. As well there is a very big pool (10 x 4 Meters) behind the house which enjoyed our Kids every day after the beach for a few more hours. Susanna is a very lovey host and she always answered all our questions we had. We would book the house definately again. ##### Achim W. Das Eingangstor war so schlecht zu öffnen, sodass sich jeder meiner Familie in laufe des Aufenthalts verletzte.(Blutige Finger).IN der Nacht war es kalt und es gab ausser der dünnen weißen Decke nichts zum Zudecken. Keine Decke nichts.Im laufe des Aufenthaltes kam es in der Nacht zu heftigen Regenschauern das Wohnzimmer sowie ein Schlafzimmer stand völlig unter Wasser,das Dach war überall undicht.Ich verständigte die Besitzerin Suszana. Sie wusste bescheid und kam nicht einmal um den Schaden zu sehen.Alles in Allem eine Katastrophe dieses Haus, ich würde am liebsten mein Geld zurück bekommen wollen. ##### Erich U. Kontakt mit der Vermeiterin sehr entspannt . Bei Fragen war sie immer zu erreichen . The house is well located on a quiet street on the edge of Es Canar, close to the Hippy Market. There is ample parking space for two cars at the entrance to the property. Susana was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the toys she provided for the children. As our visit was in August it would have been better to have air conditioning in the two bedrooms which only have fans. It would also be helpful to have access to Wi-Fi in all rooms. ##### Jean G.
