The Space: The Pink Venetian (lower unit) is on the sand of Capitola Beach - the perfect place for the ultimate beach vacation! This clean and comfortable studio features one queen bed and a pull-out couch which allow 4 guests to sleep comfortably in the studio. There is NO full kitchen in this unit. There is a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic dishes and cutlery; a dining area, one full bathroom; and a washer and dryer. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex, the front door of this unit is directly in front of the sand of Capitola Beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and an assortment of fun beach games are provided for your entertainment. Please note: this home is located beachfront- literally steps from the sand. There will most likely be people close to the entryway , and you will probably hear and see them. Please be aware of that before booking. A parking pass for free street parking around Capitola Village is also provided during your stay. There is an exterior security camera for your added safety. I am also an artist and was able to get up at AM nautical twilight and take an Art deco inspired image, right in front of the units. Learned: Entry is to the left of the pier (walkway down to the beach). -Plan to eat out or BBQ since it’s a mini kitchen and downtown restaurants are a block away. -Unload but need to park in the surrounding neighborhood with the house parking pass. We had everything we could need in the lower unit (and upper lol). My two teens took over the lower unit and enjoyed the big tv in the evenings. The rental agents (Surf City) did not return my call when I had called a few days before our trip, when we arrived I tried calling again, it went to voice mail and the mail box was full. At Night we could hear the ocean waves. in the morning we had coffee and for dinner we went to a restaurant in town all a short walk. we will stay here again and will be highly recommended. ##### Ernest E.
