The whole apartment was so clean and well appointed! The complex was super quiet and felt very safe. The location cannot be beat…easy walking distance to fabulous coffee, restaurants and shopping. There was always parking and they even had electric chargers.

Casa Riviera in Santa Barbara was a 5 star experience from start to finish. The property is extremely clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for. Everything feels modern, fresh, and very up to date, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms and common areas were spotless and thoughtfully designed. You can tell attention is paid to every detail. Great location, beautiful property, and an overall excellent place to stay in Santa Barbara. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This accommodation is new, modern, and very clean, with shops, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood but still close to entertainment.

Location is great. There!s parking but it’s a great walkable neighborhood close to State Street. Cute studio with everything we needed. a terrific value too. We will definitely stay there again!

Loved the Spanish Mediterranean exterior and the high quality interior finishes. The bed was comfy, nice pillows, amazing rainhead shower, and cute balcony. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
