The land lady of this villa, Rossa, was very caring, friendly, helpful and made everyday a wonderful delicious breakfast. The property is convenient located to the train station or you can easily walk to the center of Sorrento. It's also close to one of the best pizza restaurant in the area. We really enjoyed our stay. We communicated via Google translate app with Rossa. Will stay here again next time. Thank you Rossa for given us a great time.

I found this listing on Expedia and looked up reviews on other booking sites which were really good so we decided to book here. Our host was very attentive and provided a wonderful breakfast everyday. Having a full breakfast is great during a long vacation. The rooms and bathrooms are clean with air conditioning. The house is on a beautiful property. It’s about a 40 minute walk to the center of Sorrento and a $25 taxi ride. The train station is close and the bus is inexpensive if you are able to figure out the system.

We booked this around 8pm. It was confirmed and the instructions were that after 9pm they charge you 30 euros to check in and to call 30 min prior to arrival. I messaged them about 10pm and we were told they had to cancel the booking because no one was there to check us in. We hD driven in from sicily and had to drive around for two hours to find somewhere else to stay. Very dissatisfied with what happened. They just sent me a message saying they had to cancel the registration. It never should have been confirmed and they need to keep their info up to date. Ruined ouelr night and the next day becauae we got hardly any sleep

I regret needing to leave this negative review, but it's my only remaining option after trying to appeal to reason. Despite the owner being hospitalized by an unfortunate accident at least a week prior, the property was still accepting guests when we arrived. They have since paused bookings, confirming they know the situation is unworkable, yet they refuse to give us any refund. We arrived to locked gates with no response from any of the contact numbers. We thought we'd been scammed! When someone finally answered, they suggested we stay elsewhere, until they realized they’d have to refund us. So the owner’s friends and family tried their best to check us in. No management, ants everywhere, no cleaning in our apartment, no laundry facilities (despite being advertised), no breakfast at a B&B, a malfunctioning toilet, spreading our family across different apartments because of ants in one bed. After two stressful nights, we left. When I heard back from the owner days later, she said I should have reported the issues in real-time. Via text while she was in hospital on medication. We didn't because she had never replied to any of my previous messages; the only comms we had were from friends who had no knowledge of the property. The air conditioning worked well, at least (though was only present in one of the two SCIROCCO rooms).

Host Rosa was fantastic. We were able to check in early which was nice after a lo g flight from. Awesome breakfast included on Outdoor balcony. Parking available. :30 walk to central Sorrento. Had the quad room but had two doors open to balcony which made it feel spacious. Great air conditioning. Would stay there again Little hard to find the first time since it’s on a really small sise street. With fees and taxes about $200 us a night for quad room
