However on arrival tried to tell us it was okay when the door was not locking. She did end up giving us the master key, but if this had been given at the start this issue wouldn’t have occurred. "Our stay at Hotel Du Tasso in Sorrento was overall much better than we expected. The hotel itself was great, and we were pleasantly surprised with the property and our overall stay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which did not work at all during our stay. We tried to get assistance with it, but the staff was not particularly helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and had a great stay, but reliable Wi-Fi and more helpful service when issues come up would have made the experience significantly better."
